Refunds & Returns

We want you to absolutely love your jewellery! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Change of mind

  • If you’ve had a change of heart, items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please note: gift cards, downloadable products, and customised or engraved items cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Defective or damaged items

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We’ll repair, replace, or refund the item at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and check it, we’ll email you to confirm.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only for items that are defective or damaged.
  • If you’d like to exchange, please contact us with your order details.

Gifts

  • If the item was sent directly to you as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value.
  • If the gift was sent to the purchaser, the refund will go to them.

Returning your item

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For valuable pieces, we strongly recommend tracked and insured shipping — we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
